License

All purchases include a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You may:

• Use the product for one live website

• Customize and modify the product to fit your needs

• Use the product for personal, commercial, or client projects

• Transfer the completed website to your client

You may not:

• Use a single purchase across multiple live websites

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original files

• Share source files publicly

• Include our products within another template, component, or marketplace listing

• Claim the original product as your own work

If you wish to use the same product on multiple live websites, a separate license must be purchased for each website.

Product Usage

Our products may include Framer templates, components, sections, code components, and related digital assets.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the original intellectual property.

Compatibility

Our products are built for Framer and may depend on platform features that can change over time. While we strive to keep products updated, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all future versions of Framer or third-party integrations.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate purchases, failed product delivery, or verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product.

Product Updates

We may release updates, improvements, or fixes for our products from time to time. Access to future updates is provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Support

We provide reasonable email support for issues related to the original product.

Support does not include custom development, design modifications, third-party integrations, or project-specific implementation work.

Limitation of Liability

Crezenith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our products or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
